We believe quality of build and beauty in design can be delivered in equal measure. Our internal specifications are tailor made to each individual's specific requirements.

A Forge Living home starts at £75,000, matches the build quality of a newly build home and is offered with a 10 year build warranty.

Design: We work closely with our team of architects, craftsmen and suppliers to develop our specialised designs. Whether it’s an off grid adventure in the woods, a spacious washroom for Grandpa, or the remotely controlled heating system, we value the small details and the difference they make.
Value: When providing for a family member, the price of a Forge is equal to 18 months in the UK's average care facility. Forge is offered on both a sale and rental basis with finance packages available. We work to find a purchase option to suits you.
Quality and Flexibility: Each Forge is supplied with a 10 year build guarantee, is designed and manufactured in the UK and matches the quality of a new-build home. We know that things can change over time. If you no longer need the Forge, we can buy back the home and take it away just as easily as it was installed.
Overnight Installation: Each Forge arrives on the back of a lorry in one delivery, and can be seamlessly installed within a working week.
Sustainability: We care about what makes us human. Our extremely low impact product, through its careful sourcing of materials, design, method of build and future life expectancy, achieves the highest possible standards of energy efficiency at every stage. Bring this all together and you have a building which is warm in the winter and cool in the summer without the costly bills.
Planning: For the living models (as opposed to the working), planning permission may be required. From application to approval, we will take planning permission off your hands.
